Order Processing
The customer must enter a working email address and a phone number where they can be reached when filling out an order form (preferably both - home and mobile). If an order's delay or other quality problems cannot be rectified because the client provided wrong contact information, the company shall not be held liable.

Before a Writer is assigned to the Customer's Order, instructions and further requests must be submitted.This Agreement will be broken if this stipulation is not met, and any right to the implicit warranty or guarantee will also be lost.
Unless the Customer specifies specific sources to utilise or others to ignore, the Writer is free to use any pertinent source accessible to complete the requested task, including books, journals, newspapers, interviews, online publications, etc. The Company would expect the Customer to furnish such sources within the time frame specified below if the Customer wants particular sources that are essential for the fulfilment of the Order.
When placing an order, the Customer is solely responsible for selecting the appropriate academic level that best fits the needed task. Since the Writer is expected to perform the Order in accordance with the Academic Level acquired at the time the Writer is assigned, if the Customer made a mistake while submitting an Order, the Customer must contact the Support Team right away for assistance.
In the case that the stated specifics differ from or are not compatible with the Order's original description, the Company reserves the right to refuse to process or resubmit the Customer's Order. Additional fees can be needed if the right description wasn't provided, the wrong product was selected, a deadline extension was requested, or a Writer level upgrade was requested.
The customer can specify a preferred Writer to be assigned to an Order when placing one. Based on the Writer's history, recent quality and lateness issues, and other factors that could put the fulfilment of the Order in jeopardy, the Company maintains the right to reject preferred Writer requests. The Company will explain its choice to the Client and offer supporting documentation. The Company will not be held liable if the Customer insists on the Writer of their choice failing to provide a high-quality Product on schedule.
Payment and Price
Before the customer has fully paid for the product(s) and/or service, the company cannot start working on the order (s). If the customer is informed that an additional payment must be made for the order, the customer must complete the payment as quickly as feasible. Delays in further payment completion could cause delays in the order's fulfilment. If the Customer does not make the additional payment right away after being informed of the problem, the Customer will not be reimbursed for such a delay.
Prices are as stated on the website, but the company reserves the right to change them at any time for any reason, including increases in expenses, an increase in taxes or duties, the introduction of new levies, changes in currency rates, or other errors. Taxes and other charges that the customer is responsible for paying are not included in the prices of the products.
Company isnot liable for any fraudent activity. The customer is liable for any unauthorised transactions conducted through the website, including but not limited to the safety of the customer's login information and the security of their credit or debit cards.
The Customer must complete the Order form carefully and precisely. After an Order has been paid for, a discount coupon cannot be used to modify it. If a code is not utilised when placing an Order, the Company is not obligated to offer a replacement or reimbursement. Special discounts or offers on the products and services of the Company cannot be combined with any other services or utilised concurrently.
Order Delivery
The delivery deadlines that the customer selects when placing the Order (whether specified on the Website, in an Order confirmation, or elsewhere) are simply estimates and do not ensure that the Product will arrive on time. If the customer was informed of the delay and did not object, the company reserves the right to deliver the Product after the scheduled delivery date. Customer is not given a refund or any other form of compensation in this situation. If the client has any objections, these must be made known in writing to Support by email or the message board.
No reimbursement is given to the Customer if the Product was received by the Customer and the Customer requested a revision after the stipulated deadline. The estimated delivery dates only apply to the initial delivery of the product. The free revision is carried done without payment if the projected deadlines change.
If the Product is delivered on schedule, the Company will not be held liable if the Customer is unable to download it. No refund is promised at this time in order to compensate the Writer for the completed job, and the Customer will still be charged for the service provided.
Termination
If the customer's lack of cooperation or communication prevents the Company from completing the Order, or if the Company has reason to believe that the customer is engaging in fraudulent conduct, the Company maintains the right to cancel any paid Order at its discretion. The Company does not ensure payment in the aforementioned situations. Based on the unique circumstances of each situation, the Company shall have exclusive discretion to take any steps it deems appropriate.
